How can I order fresh oil or arrange for the disposal of my waste fat?

We want to make your life as easy as possible. You can conveniently order through our digital channels. Whether it's through your own ordering system (e.g., CHOCO, Gastronovi), WhatsApp, email, or phone, it's completely up to you.

Do I receive a refund for my waste cooking fat?

We reward your contribution to climate protection! Currently, you receive a refund of at least 0.20 EUR per liter of waste cooking oil from BonFry. The refund also depends on how much waste cooking fat you dispose of with BonFry. Your refund will be automatically offset against your next purchase.

Do I get a personal contact person at BonFry?

To ensure the best possible support and service, you will have a personal contact person at BonFry who will assist you at all times. Additionally, our customer service team is available daily from 09:00 to 20:00 for assistance. You can easily reach our customer service via WhatsApp or email... and if it's very urgent, you can of course call us anytime.

Are there any delivery charges? Is there a minimum order quantity?

We aim to offer every partner a premium service and therefore deliver free of charge, without invoicing a delivery fee. In general, we deliver for a minimum order value of 70.00 EUR (net) per delivery.

Can I also order larger quantities, for example, entire pallets?

We are in close contact with our partners to optimize the purchase of larger oil quantities. Our experts are available at any time to discuss attractive conditions and volume discounts with you. Of course, we also deliver the pallets to you free of charge.
